Flowing Construction Services Ltd is a team of more than 20 experienced operatives contractors. We deliver services to customers across a range of sectors including social housing (new build and refurbishment), commercial and education.

From our purpose-built warehouse and offices in Washington we are situated perfectly between the A1 and A19 allowing our service coverage to span beyond the entire North East to the North West and Yorkshire.

Used for a variety of purposes, cladding is an insulating material available in a variety of modern and attractive finishes. Our team offers a range of cladding services, including replacing and/or installing new cladding in uPVC, timber or fibre cement systems.

Our experienced team have the skills and knowledge to ensure your roofing project, whether domestic or commercial, is delivered comprehensively, on time and to budget. We are skilled in a variety of services, covering all aspects of roofing joinery, including roof strengthening, extending eaves and installing roof trusses.

Asbestos Removal

Asbestos was used extensively in construction for many years, one form was still widely used in the UK until 1999. If asbestos is present in a building we are able to advise you to make an informed decision whether to remove or manage it.

Flowing Construction Services provide Asbestos removal for all forms of non-licensed and notified non-licensed works. With Flowing Construction Services, all waste is carried and disposed of in accordance with the CDG Regs 2019 and the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005, fully insured and always delivered at a competitive price. You can rely on our fully trained operatives to complete Asbestos removal works to the highest possible standard.

Maintenance

Flowing Construction Services provide maintenance works to your home relating to roofing, external joinery and rainwater goods.
