Flowing Construction Services Ltd successfully completed a full asbestos removal project at Lindisfarne School in Alnwick for Groundworks Services Durham Ltd, ensuring the site was safely prepared for demolition.

 

Over 11 weeks, our team safely removed notifiable asbestos products, including AIB soffits, Cement soffits, pipe insulation, and 1,000m2 of vinyl floor tiles, while adhering to the highest industry standards. Access challenges were efficiently managed using MEWPs, scaffolding, and towers, ensuring safe and effective removal.

 

Working in collaboration with Vega for analytics, we ensured all notifiable areas met 4-stage clearance standards, guaranteeing a safe and compliant handover. Despite tight timelines the project was successfully delivered on schedule, achieving full client satisfaction and passing HSE and client audits without issues.
